FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
BrainJam is a monthly team development game that helps organisations build better leaders and stronger teams through short, engaging sessions that create lasting behavioural change—not just a good day.
Traditional workshops, seminars and team-building events create momentum, but that momentum often fades afterwards. BrainJam doesn't replace those experiences—it reinforces them through a simple monthly habit that helps learning stick.
Each monthly session lasts 45 minutes:
• 15 minutes of an engaging experiential game
• 30 minutes of facilitated debrief and reflection
The debrief helps teams translate the experience into practical actions they can apply in their day-to-day work.Your own colleagues do. We train and certify your facilitators and provide everything they need—including the game, facilitator guide and supporting materials—so they can confidently run each monthly BrainJam session.
No. BrainJam is designed to be plug-and-play. Facilitators receive clear instructions, ready-made activities and facilitator guides, with virtually no preparation required.
Research shows that spaced learning, repetition and regular practice are more effective than one-off intensive training. BrainJam is intentionally designed around a monthly rhythm to help behaviours become habits.
Each session ends with agreed team actions and is followed by a simple micro-challenge that keeps the learning alive until the next month's session.
BrainJam is designed for organisations that want to develop managers, strengthen teams and build a consistent culture across departments, offices and countries.
Organisations can expect more consistent behavioural change, managers who develop their own people, stronger team culture and a better return on learning and development investment. HR teams benefit from a solution that's easy to run, scalable and supported by engagement analytics.
Yes. The monthly subscription is new, but the method is built on years of live delivery with more than 150 teams and companies and over 10,000 participants.
